Position Overview

Septembers Taproom & Eatery is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
• Ensure all food is plated consistently and presented professionally
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with prep work, inventory management, and kitchen organization as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow proper kitchen procedures

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major sporting event days
• Valid Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation

Hourly $19 to $23
