Role Overview

As a Server, you'll be the face of our eatery, greeting guests warmly, attending to their needs, and ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You'll collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to provide prompt and quality service that delights each guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a genuine smile and establish a friendly rapport.
• Understand and communicate the menu, take orders, and make recommendations as needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Manage tables effectively by checking in on guests and addressing any issues.
• Organize and clean dining areas, ensuring they are always presentable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong multitasking, listening, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, personable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of dining service procedures and alcohol serving regulations.
• Must be minimum of 18.
• Food Handler certification
• Responsible Beverage Service certification through ABC.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay of $16.50 per hour plus tips. ($500 to $1,400 per month)
